CLASS L
Minimum age: 16 years
The entry into the tractor world. With class L you can even pull two trailers, and that without mandatory driver training.
Requirements:
The acquisition of class L does not require any other driver's license. Vehicles Tractors which, according to their design, are intended for use for agricultural or forestry purposes and are used for such purposes, with a maximum speed of not more than 32 km / h determined by the design and combinations of these vehicles and trailers, if they are with at a speed of not more than 25 km / h and, provided that the maximum speed of the towing vehicle determined by the design is more than 25 km / h, it for a maximum speed of not more than 25 km / h in the manner specified in Section 58 of Road Traffic Licensing Regulations are marked, as well as self-propelled machines, forklifts and other industrial trucks, each with a maximum speed of no more than 25 km / h and combinations of these vehicles and trailers.
Time limit:
Class L is valid for an unlimited period.
Inclusion:
Class L does not include any other driving license classes.
Others:
In class L no driver training is required, only the theoretical test is required.
CLASS T
Minimum age: 16 years
Requirements:
Tractors with a maximum speed of not more than 60 km / h determined by the design and self-propelled working machines or self-propelled mixer feeders with a maximum speed determined by the design of not more than 40 km / h, each of which is designed for use in agriculture or forestry Purposes are intended and are used for such purposes (each also with trailers).
Class T tractors with a maximum speed of more than 40 km / h, as determined by their design, may only be driven by holders of a class T driving license who have reached the age of 18; this does not apply to the return journey from the practical proficiency test, provided the holder of the driving license is accompanied by a driving instructor, as well as to driving tests according to § 42 within the framework of advanced seminars and on the basis of orders according to § 46.
